Warranty and Returns
2 YEARS WARRANTY
If the buyer is a company, warranty expires in 1 year
Warranty doesn't cover bad usage and components
Speakers, tubes, pots and guitar parts will be substituted if defective upon 90 days from delivery date
RIGHT TO CANCEL (30 DAYS RETURN)
Consumers have a 30 days right to cancel.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by e-mail (info at boxguitar.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. You may use the model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
You may return any item in 30 days from the order date, just send us an email and fill the form we will give you;
we will refund what you paid for the returned items with same payment you used for the order.
Shipping costs won't be refunded
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction
Customers outside of EU or Companies who buy with VAT Id can't request return for refund,
of course we will refund or substitute defective products
