This is a flat-bottomed Martin nut, not an angled-bottom nut.
String nut with integrated zero fret. Fits various types of instruments and interchanges easily with a conventional nut. Advantages: improved playability because of lowest possible string action at the first fret, improved tuning stability (decreased nut friction) and identical sound of fretted and open strings.
